Our story

Every bead, placed on purpose.

Omas Gears & Accessories started with a simple idea: a bag doesn't have to come off a factory line to be beautiful. Every piece we make is hand-strung, bead by bead, on wire and thread — the same slow, deliberate method used for generations, just applied to something you'd actually carry every day.

There's no mold and no mass production here. A single bag can take hours to complete, from choosing the bead colours to lining the inside by hand and finishing the hardware. Because of that, no two pieces are ever completely identical — small variations in bead placement are part of what makes a handmade piece yours alone.

We keep our batches small on purpose. It means we can pay attention to the details — a straight seam, a secure handle, a lining that won't fray — rather than rushing pieces out the door. When you buy from Omas Gears, you're getting something someone actually made, not something a machine assembled.

Thank you for supporting handmade work. We hope you carry it well.
